Who May Benefit From Membership Care
Membership may be a good fit for patients with high-deductible insurance plans who typically pay out of pocket for psychiatric care, patients who value predictable monthly costs and lower appointment rates, and those who need more convenient access to care. It can also be helpful for patients with demanding schedules, occasional urgent scheduling needs, or medication-related concerns such as locating a pharmacy with medication in stock.
Patients who only need one or two appointments per year may prefer standard care and can request an out-of-network superbill to submit to their insurance plan for possible reimbursement.
All memberships include:
- Priority scheduling (may include same day or outside regular hours)
- Integrated medication management + supportive therapy
- Wellness Coaching + Holistic Options
- Priority secure text messaging (usually within hours, but no later than same business day)
- Prescription management within active care
- Discounted appointments
Important Notes
- Initial evaluation is not needed for returning clients seen by clinician within the past 3 years even if not at this practice
- Membership does not include 24/7 crisis services
- Membership billed every 30 days
Service Fees & Info
Mental Health Evaluations
$175 Members | $350 Non-Members| 60–90 minutes
Required prior to beginning membership (unless current or returning patient).
Includes comprehensive history review, diagnostic clarification, medication planning, psychoeducation, and development of an individualized treatment plan.
Planning to submit a Superbill to insurance for out of network reimbursement? No Problem. We bill new patient intakes primarily under the e/m code 99205.
Follow-Up Sessions
$100 Members | $250 Non-Members | 30–60 minutes
Symptom review, medication adjustments, lab monitoring, and brief supportive therapy.
Visits occur during scheduled appointments. Messaging and refills are not included outside active care.
Planning to submit a Superbill to insurance for out of network reimbursement? No Problem. We bill follow ups primarily under the e/m code 99215.

Resiliency Mental Health is a private pay practice and is not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid.
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide services to individuals who are Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries — including on a cash‑pay basis at this time.
If you are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, we recommend contacting your insurance plan to locate participating providers.
