Membership Plans
All memberships include:
- 30–60 minute visits at your selected frequency
- Integrated medication management + supportive therapy
- Priority secure text messaging (same or next business day)
- Prescription management within active care
- Care coordination as clinically indicated
Important Notes
- Initial evaluation ($350) is separate.
- Membership does not include 24/7 crisis services.
- Membership billed every 30 days with one-year commitment.
Service Fees & Info
Mental Health Evaluations
$350 | 60–90 minutes
Required prior to beginning membership (unless current or returning patient).
Includes comprehensive history review, diagnostic clarification, medication planning, psychoeducation, and development of an individualized treatment plan.
Superbills available upon request.
Follow-Up Sessions
$250 | 30–60 minutes
Symptom review, medication adjustments, lab monitoring, and brief supportive therapy.
Visits occur during scheduled appointments. Messaging and refills are not included outside active care.

Resiliency Mental Health is a private pay practice and is not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid.
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide services to individuals who are Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries — including on a cash‑pay basis at this time.
If you are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, we recommend contacting your insurance plan to locate participating providers.
