"I believe mental health care should be as resilient as the women it serves. I founded Resiliency Mental Health because I saw too many women—mothers, professionals, and neurodivergent thinkers—falling through the cracks of a hurried healthcare system.

My approach is deeply personal. As a military wife, a mother, and someone who has navigated the heavy waters of postpartum depression, I know what it feels like when life demands more than you feel you can give.

With specialized training across the lifespan—from Psychiatry and Family Practice to Addiction and Perinatal health—I bring a whole-person perspective to your care. 

My unique background in DC 0-5 also allows me to understand the foundational roots of mental health from the very beginning.

Years spent in community mental health, the VA system, and academic medical centers taught me that effective care meets people where they are—not where the schedule dictates.
